Redditch Skittles League

The first round of the Doubles competition 2024 will be played on Mon 2nd Dec or Tues 3rd Dec, subject to the draw.  The finals will be played the following week on Mon 9th Dec.

It is now time to gather entrants so the draw can be completed ahead of time.  Captains should reply to the Competition Secretary’s email to enter their pairs into the competition

• Date & Time
  • Mon 2nd Dec / Tues 3rd Dec – Round 1.
  • Mon 9th Dec – QF, SF, GF.
  • Start time of Round 1 is 8pm. Start time of the Finals night is 7:30pm.
• Venue
  • Round 1 played at all venues (one group per venue).
  • The QF, SF, GF played at Redditch Borough Social Club.
• Entrants
  • Everyone is welcome to enter, including those who do not currently play in the league.
  • £5 per pair (payable on the night).
• Format
  • Five leg games.
  • A draw to determine group position and playing order will be completed ahead of every round.
  • Round 1 – Three groups. Top scoring 3 pairs from each progress, plus the highest scoring runner-up pair.
  • QF – Two groups of 5 pairs. Top scoring 3 pairs from each group progress.
  • SF – Two groups of 6 pairs. Top scoring 2 pairs from each group progress.
  • GF – One group of 4 pairs. Top scoring pair declared Doubles Champion 2024 with a small presentation by the League Chairman.
